Bar-K is large 4-bedroom holiday property situated near Saltash on the Cornish side of the gateway to Cornwall and Devon. Perfect for large groups and families the recently refurbished property has a hot tub, sauna, table tennis table, games room with full-size pool table, cinema room, large garden and decked area, parking for at least six cars and EV charge point. The contemporary and scandi-styled property benefits from an abundance of natural light due to its two large patio doors and south-facing aspect. The open-plan design lends itself to a social and connected guest experience with large dining and living areas perfect for enjoying the company of friends and family. The house and outside areas are flat and spacious suiting guests of all ages. The Location
The scandi-styled contemporary property is nestled in the quiet and friendly village of Hatt near St Mellion Golf and Country Club and is only twenty minutes or so from the south coast's dog-friendly beaches such as Seaton, Portwrinkle and Whitsand Bay. Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor and the river Tamar are nearby and the north coast surfing beaches of Newquay, Watergate Bay and St Ives are around an hour away. The property sits within a large plot giving parking for at least four cars in a large private driveway. The rear of the garden is home to a huge garden and a large decked area which contains a huge hot tub, sauna and kitchen-style BBQ perfect for entertaining family and friends.
Kick back and Relax
Bar-K's 7-person hot tub and Swedish sauna give a spa feel to the huge decked area. There is also an outside shower perfect for cooling off after a long soak or steamy sauna. Inside guests can enjoy a host of TV entertainment with large TVs and high-quality speakers in the lounge, games room and cinema room. These rooms have access to the full SKY HD experience including Movies, Sports, Kids' TV and Netflix. If you're looking for some peace and quiet or just somewhere to catch up on your emails the snug room is set away at the front of the house and has a sofa bed, comfy chair and dedicated workspace with an ethernet port, display, keyboard and mouse.
Restful Sleep
Two of the scandi-styled bedrooms overlook the south-facing garden and have ensuites and three of the four bedrooms have 6' super king beds and dressing tables. All bedrooms have good storage, Egyptian cotton linen from Dusk and 40" internet-enabled TVs. Towels, dressing gowns, soap and shampoo are provided for you for the duration of your stay and our 5* rated clean team can offer additional cleans and linen changes during your stay at additional cost.
Kitchen & Facilities
The kitchen is fully equipt with a double oven, induction hob, sink, coffee machine, extraction fan, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, cutlery, utensils, crockery, cleaning products, pots and pans. A large separate utility room provides extra workspace and storage for food and has a washing machine, tumble drier, sink and shower cubicle which can be immediately accessed from the driveway perfect for immediately showering after outdoor activities and washing down canine companions.

The games room is a fantastic place for adults and children alike to enjoy a game of pool on Bar-K's professional slate-bed pool table or table football. There is also a TV in the games room which is hooked into the full SKY HD package the entire house benefits from so you can watch SKY Sports, BT Sports, Netflix or Kids channels. The soundbar and sub create high-quality audio whilst you're potting balls or scoring goals with family or friends. There are also three bar stools and a bar shelf that has been installed since the picture was taken so you can spectate or watch the big game on TV whilst enjoying some nibbles or a shandy or two!
